How does it work?

You: You let us know which web package you want.
Us: We email you what information we need to set up your website.

What information do I need to provide you with for the Accommodation Package?

For Accommodation package we usually need:

• A name (Domain name) that you want for your website. For example: highland.co.nz
• 6 to 10 jpg images for the first page slideshow.
• Description of your rental property (see our demo as an example).
• Information for the CONTACT page of your website.

We recommend you look at our demo site first.

What information do I need to provide you for the Business Package?

For this package we need to know more about your business and how you would like to present your website. However, initially you can email us the following information.

• A name (Domain name) that you want for your website. For example: artwood.co.nz
• Information for the CONTACT and ABOUT page of your website.

Does it cost more if we want to do any alteration to our website?

It is free for the first 3 months while you are customizing the look of your website. If you want to make further alterations after this three-month period, a small extra charge may apply. Adding functions changes your business package and the annual cost, but does not incur any other costs.

What are functions?

Extra functions add to what your website can do and also help you to self manage your website. An example of an extra function for an accommodation website is a booking function. Visitors can check availability and make a request through the website; the owner receives requests, confirms bookings and updates the availability calendar.

Can I upgrade my website to include extra functions, e.g. a booking function?

Yes, you can upgrade to include an extra function. Each extra function changes your package and incurs an extra cost of $50 per year. For example, if you start with a basic business package at $299 and add one function, your package will be $349 per year.

How long does it take to set up a website?

The usual process to set up a website with our standard templates, with a new domain name, will take between 3 to 5 weeks.

How do I access webmail?

You can use: www.webmail.yourdomain.co.nz
We will also email you the details.

How do I pay for the service?

We will inovice you when your website goes live and annually after that. We expect a full payment within 7 days.
